Our first round of consultation will run from 7th September to 7th October 2026. Following this date the information will remain accessible online on our website and available to download.

Details of a further round of consultation will be advertised at the appropriate time.

Comments received at this stage are informal comments to Halfway Energy Park Ltd and are made to allow us to determine whether changes to the proposed developments are necessary. An opportunity to comment formally to the Scottish Government Energy Consents Unit for the proposed Halfway Energy Park, the decision makers for the applications, will follow at a later stage in the process.
